Compliance records for small operators
A rule says a record must exist. This is where it exists.
Since 1 January 2026 the EPA's leak repair rule covers any appliance holding 15 pounds or more of refrigerant: the walk-in, the reach-in rack, the rooftop unit. Every top-up needs a leak-rate calculation, a 30-day clock if it is over the limit, and three years of records. Wuzler Refrigerant Log is the instrument, the ledger and the ticket.

Commercial refrigeration. Limit 20%. The usual charge sits in the tens of pounds, so it is in.

The ticket the contractor hands over
If someone other than the owner does the work, the rule says that person must provide the owner with the record. The contractor keeps the top copy; the owner gets the record, by link, with no login.
