Using the free tools
Free, no account, use them for commercial work as much as you like. We do not claim any rights over what you put in or what comes out, your recipes and your prices are yours.
The numbers are arithmetic, not advice
Wuzler tools do arithmetic on figures you supply. A cost is only as good as the prices, quantities and yields you enter. Where a tool shows a price at a target margin, that is the price at which your cost equals that percentage, it is not a recommendation about what to charge, a prediction of what you will earn, or business, financial, tax or legal advice.
Check the output before making decisions with it. You are responsible for what you charge and for your own compliance obligations.
Wuzler Refrigerant Log keeps records and does the arithmetic that 40 CFR part 84 describes, on the figures you enter. It does not certify that any appliance, person or business is in compliance with any rule, it is not legal advice, and it is not the EPA. The section a figure rests on is shown so you can read it yourself.
Paid versions
Nothing is on sale yet, payments are still being switched on. When LineCost Pro does go on sale, the terms will be an annual subscription with a 30-day no-questions refund, and this section will say so.
Wuzler Refrigerant Log, when it goes on sale, is a monthly subscription by tier, cancel any time; the tier keeps working to the end of the paid month, and the same 30-day no-questions refund applies to the first payment. A free account keeps one appliance without payment. Your records stay exportable after cancellation.
Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute the paid software itself.
Availability
These are small tools run by a small operation. We aim to keep them up and working, but do not promise uninterrupted service, and features may change. If a paid feature you bought is removed outright, that is a refund situation and we will treat it as one.
Liability
The tools are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to Wuzler is limited to what you paid us, which for the free tools is nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the tools after that means the new terms apply.
